After final polish and watermarked approval, the remaining 50% balance is settled and uncompressed 300 DPI print-ready master files are delivered.

Personal commissions are for private display (social media icons, phone/desktop wallpapers, printing for your home, tabletop character sheets). Commercial licensing grants you the rights to reproduce the artwork on merchandise, book covers, album jackets, video games, promotional material, or monetized products.
Each commission includes 3 structured milestone reviews: (1) Rough Sketch & Pose, (2) Color Key & Lighting Pass, and (3) Final Detail Polish. Adjustments within these milestone stages are completely free of charge. Major structural changes after final rendering has begun may incur a modest adjustment fee.
Invoices are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal in USD, EUR, GBP, or CAD. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your queue slot, and the final 50% is due once the watermarked artwork is approved before final uncompressed delivery.
You receive high-resolution, uncompressed 300 DPI PNGs, transparent background PNGs (for character commissions), and full-size wallpapers. Commercial projects also receive CMYK print-ready files and layered PSD files.
